In a true person-centred manner I believe that you, the client are in control of our sessions. After all you are your own expert. You can decide what we talk about and at what pace. I am able to offer short-term focused counselling working on a specific issue or long-term intervention for more deep-rooted issues.

I am an easy going, friendly person. This helps to establish a trusting relationship in order to allow you to open up without fear of judgement, ridicule or shame. I adapt my style and approach to suit you in order for you to get the most out of our sessions. I am passionate about the benefits of talking about issues and will be committed to providing you with the best therapy possible.

I have worked with people with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, childhood trauma and sexual abuse to name a few.
